Emília Lovas, the actress performing “Chameleon Girl” openly talks  about her life in this video. She has always felt that she must give something to the world and she found her calling in acting. The play 'Chameleon Girl' presents the everyday Roma heroes through real life stories of university students. We want to emphasise  that the people in these stories are not victims as this play voices out a rather positive narrative. We get to know the story of a young girl who first tried to fit in with her decisions, to blend into her environment as a chameleon. Emilia's message to the youngsters is no matter how difficult it is, you shall always go on and be brave enough to change your life.

The play Chameleon Girl deals with the hero stories of the youngsters participating in the "Roma heroes" workshops of Independent Theatre. The stories tell a lot about   the diversity of Roma communities, their challenges and qualities. Chameleon Girl in the play is a fictional character trying to adapt to her environment in all situations but at some point, she has to a make a decision that will determine her whole life.
